During this lockdown everyone needs to calm down and stay healthy. This course includes 3 modules Niti sutra, Yoga asanas and How to take care of your immune system.

Modules

Module one: The Neti Karma

Neti Karma is a vital part of Hindu Shatkarma and a system of body cleansing techniques. It is intended mainly to clean the air passageways in the head. The video of the first module shows how one can practice Neti karma at home.

Things you need:

1. Pot
2. Water

Module Two: Essential yoga asanas to do at home

As we all are at our safe place, one needs to practice some sort of exercise to keep your body healthy and going. In this video we will introduce you to some Yoga asanas which you can do at home. Remember it is very important that you do some exercise in your daily life.

Things you need:

1. Yoga mat
2. Wear comfortable attire

Module Three: Your immune system is vital

The immune system helps our body to fight against all the diseases and it is our duty to keep our immune system fit and fine. Thus in this video let’s learn how one can take care of their immune system, it includes, some yoga practices, some food recipes and practices which one can do at home.
